How It Works: The 6-Step Evolution
Step 1: Board Formation
Recruit 12 qualified board members plus founder (13 total). Each member must meet qualification requirements and share the vision for Black economic empowerment.
Step 2: Initial Investment
Collect $1,000 membership fee from each board member. This creates our initial $13,000 collective investment fund.
Step 3: Monthly Contributions Begin
Once all 12 board positions are filled, monthly $250 investments commence. This provides $3,000 monthly for business investments and operations.
Step 4: Strategic Business Investment
Board unanimously selects and invests in businesses aligned with Black economic empowerment mission. All investment decisions require full board consensus.
Step 5: Profit Generation & Recycling
Business profits are generated and 100% recycled back into the collective fund. No distributions until sustainable income threshold is reached.
Step 6: Monthly Allowances Begin
Once sustainable income is achieved, provide equal monthly allowances to all members and eliminate the $250 monthly contribution requirement.
